Terms of Service for IMOS PRO

Effective Date: May 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using the services provided by IMOS PRO, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our AI Infrastructure.

2. Description of Service

IMOS PRO provides an autonomous AI marketing and sales infrastructure, including AI Writer (SEO Content), AI Herald (Social Distribution), and AI Nerdo (Sales Concierge).

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Nature of AI: The Client acknowledges that content is produced by Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Review Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for reviewing and validating all content before or after publication. IMOS PRO is not liable for inaccuracies or “hallucinations.”
  • Ownership: Upon successful payment, the Client owns the intellectual property rights to the assets generated specifically for their domain.

4. Subscription and Refunds

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis per module. Due to high computational costs (GPU time and API tokens), we do not offer refunds for content already generated or partial months.

5. Limitation of Liability

IMOS PRO shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or algorithm changes by search engines (Google) or social media platforms that may affect traffic or visibility.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
